Schengen Countries

The Schengen Area includes 26 European countries that have eliminated passport controls and other types of border controls on their common borders to allow the free and unrestricted movement of people within the area. The countries have reached a common agreement to facilitate travel, treat the territory as a single country for international travel, and adhere to common rules for external border control.
