One (1) typed and signed application form with complete and accurate details.
Two (2) photographs of passport size with WHITE BACKGROUND, taken within the past six months.
Original passport and a photocopy of passport Minimum of 6 (six) months validity from the intended date of arrival to Thailand, with a blank visa page to affix the visa sticker.
A photocopy of UAE residence visa Every applicant must have a valid UAE residence visa, at least 3 (three) months validity from the intended date of arrival to Thailand.
Original Guarantee or a No Objection Certificate to travel.
Flight ticket - A copy of confirmed round trip airline reservation, Agency bookings or email bookings will not be accepted.
A copy of hotel confirmation letter
In case of staying with a family member or a friend in Thailand, the applicant must provide the following documents: Letter from a guarantor in Thailand, stating the guarantor’s name, applicant’s name, relationship, address, phone number, length of the applicant’s stay and guarantor’s signature.
Bank statement - The statement should be issued within no longer than 15 days from the date of issuance to the visa submission date.

Visa fee: 400 AED (single-entry) / 1,000 AED (multiple-entry)
Validity of visa: 3 months (single-entry) / 6 months (multiple-entry). The visa must be used within its period of validity.
Duration of stay: Not exceeding 60 days. / Employment in Thailand is prohibited
